Terms and Conditions & Booking Form
1. Bookings require a non-refundable $100 deposit to reserve the date of your choice. This
booking fee is deducted off the total package price quoted.
2. Full Payment is required prior to your wedding day.
3. No GST is applicable to any services provided by Andrew Kos Photography. Once a
booking is confirmed, the price is fixed.
4. Liability is limited to a maximum of the monies paid by the client. This includes non-performance
of Andrew Kos Photography due to: illness, accident, faulty materials,
equipment failure or any other loss or damage to goods or services, acts of God civil
disturbance, riots, terrorist activities.
5. It is the responsibility of the client to obtain the permission of the clergy or marriage
celebrant to photograph the wedding.
6. It is the responsibility of the bridal couple to obtain any details of restrictions as to
where the photographer cannot walk during the ceremony.
7. In most cases photographs will be ready for collection within 21 days of the wedding
ceremony.
8. All or any of the photographs may be displayed publicly for advertising purposes.
9. It would be appreciated if a meal can be provided for the photographer at the reception
(only if the Ultimate Wedding Package is purchased). This is not compulsory, however
prior notice is required if a meal is not to be provided so that alternative meal
arrangements can be made.
